Private: When you First Join

Corporal: Join Discord

Sergeant: Join the guild on Events/Conquest Runs/Be Active

Lieutenant: On A Raid Team

Major: Jr. Officer/Trial for Officer Position/Able to Summon

Colonel: Event/Conquest Officer/Raid Leader/Recruiter

General: Sr. Officer

Chief 'n Command: Guild Master Alt
